Amazing news everyone! Browserling just reached 200 paying customers! It took us 2 years to get to 100 customers, and now it took just 5 months to get to 200 customers. We're looking forward to doubling our customer base again soon.

I love browserling.com and I blogged about it earlier this year at http://odoepner.wordpress.com/2012/01/12/tested-oliver-doepner-net-on-all-major-browsers/.
But recently I always get the error "You are already using the service from the same IP address (64.86.141.133). Please log in." (when not logged in) or "You are already using another session." (when logged in).
Is this a known issue? What can I do to fix this? I have only one browser window open (Firefox) and cookies are cleared.
I am asking this here because I couldn't find any user forum, mailing list, issue tracker or any other options for feedback / help, besides the "Comment" box on the browserling site.
