Hello Peteris,

But recently I always get the error "You are already using the service from the same IP address ( Please log in." (when not logged in) or "You are already using another session." (when logged in).

Is this a known issue? What can I do to fix this? I have only one browser window open (Firefox) and cookies are cleared.

I am asking this here because I couldn't find any user forum, mailing list, issue tracker or any other options for feedback / help, besides the "Comment" box on the browserling site.
