@Nathan: He uses Linux already you numpty. Read the post, not just the list.

@Peter: I'm more of a fan of DiffMerge over BeyondCompare. Cost it the biggie there ;)

With Windows 7 I don't see a need for Launchy/etc given that the built-in menu tends to do well enough.
