The cost of adding a feature isn't just the time it takes to code it. The cost also includes the addition of an obstacle to future expansion. The trick is to pick the features that don't fight each other. |

From that section:

There seems to be no footnote corresponding to that superscript after the word power-shell. At least I don't see any footnote in that section, or a separate section of footnotes in Firefox 3.5.7 or IE 7.
