I also read another article that said " libraries instead of frameworks" and imo that should be the point.

The problem is, these idiocratic useages of "frameworks" helps only HR to classify (how/whatsoever) of job applicants, and not programmers.

Besides, what is "advertised" to as as "industry standart" (actually more like HR's understandability standarts) are sometimes not much of a real work. Any programmer can program jenkins or bamboo given a reasonable amount of time. (Hint: look tomcat execution parameters and use ant)

I always prefer API & libraries over frameworks, no matter how many people are using it or elevating them to "industry standarts".

Simply put, I prefer to be a programmer, not a framework user :)
