Human time is just "seconds" to "years-months-days-hours-minutes-seconds". It's not a Unix timestamp but rather just seconds. For example, "173" is "2 minutes 53 seconds".

Unix-to-UTC is Unix timestamp to UTC.

And UTC-to-Unix is the reverse.
