The author is correct. Framework followers threw in the towel long ago and they feel you should, too. They will attempt to justify frameworks at all costs. They cannot go back, so they must convince you (and themselves) of the superiority of their decision. True knowledge and creative power does not matter to them as much as meeting deadlines and conforming with the herd.
