I normally agree with you Peter, but in this post you not only contradict yourself, but it seems like you've gone off the deep end. eZcomponents, Zend Framework, and Symfony; to name a few leading frameworks, are designed to be composable so that you can write the parts you NEED to write and reuse the rest. And leading frameworks are written by professional programmers, fully tested and already widely deployed and real-world hardened.

But you can start from scratch if you want to. You should probably change the name of the blog though. Something like "I wrote this v0.0.01alpha"
