You seem to consume a lot of information. How do you structure all what you read/think about? Any interesting techniques to share/suggest?

About: "Get things done quickly, efficiently and move on." - means you used to procrastinate instead of moving on in the past?

About: "Don’t do things that don’t create value." - this way you restrict you self from doing what is fun (which is not always a value, in the end). And fun - is a powerful motivator, not to mention that fun helps to avoid a "tunnel vision", helps sometimes to see the problem from different perspective.

About concentrating 100% on the company - sounds like putting all eggs in one basket, a bit :). But it is more joke than a thoughtful reference - don't take it seriously.
