IMHO, point 110 better written /^(((2[0-4])?|1?[0-9]?)[0-9]|25[0-5])$/

perl -e 'print ~~grep { /^(((2[0-4])?|1?[0-9]?)[0-9]|25[0-5])$/ } (0 .. 300)'
256
