Sam Blank, Visual C++ 2005 acts weirdly. I listed the preprocessor output and found that it replaced 'x' in B8IFY(x) macro inside tokens (0x0000000FLU, 0x000000F0LU, and others). Now I renamed it to 'X' as Reperio suggested, and it works correctly.
