Sounds like American Idol, my favorite candidate never wins. Interviewing for a position at Google is a GREAT EXPERIENCE. You can learn so much. I just now realized that hiring Google rejects that code in C are the people I would like to hire for my startup. We have a goal of getting out of BETA before Xmas.
